Langhe: Cuore DiVino

Lower Langa, the territory in which there is Alba, the "capital of the Langhe", is certainly well known for the white truffle of Alba, whom they prepare recipes and embellish traditional local dishes, and the winemaking, famous worldwide, thanks largely to Barolo, Nebbiolo d'Alba, Barbaresco, Dolcetto d'Alba and the Barbera d'Alba wines of absolute quality which all represent well, with their organoleptic characteristics, the close relationship with the land and the people of Piedmont, in some ways the character representation.

The reputation of these wines, now running well beyond national and continental boundaries, has today developed into a flourishing Langa recipes with thematic routes, and the opportunity to visit the cellars of wineries.
